Rolando Madrid
Program Director
Rolando joined EPATT in 2025 as our first Program Director, bringing over 25 years of experience in youth development. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Programs at several Boys & Girls Clubs in San Mateo County, where he led efforts to deliver strong academic, physical, and social outcomes across multiple sites. A first-generation Latino raised by a widowed mother, Rolando is deeply committed to helping all children pursue their dreams with confidence and purpose.
He earned a BA in English and History from the University of Buffalo, a master’s in educational leadership from Northeastern University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership at the American College of Education, with a focus on community-based organizations. Inspired by his late father’s advice to “do something you love,” Rolando is a passionate, humble leader who builds high-performing, mission-driven teams and champions equity and opportunity in underserved communities.
