EPATT staff, tutors, and parents work as a coordinated team with one goal: helping every student graduate from high school ready for college and career. Together, we create personalized learning plans with frequent checkpoints that track each student’s progress. This preparation sets our students on the path to productive, fulfilling futures.
Academic Support
EPATT’s academic component is multifaceted and personalized to each student’s age, ability, and needs. High-impact, one-on-one tutoring has always been central to EPATT, and we offer in-school and after-school tutoring programs. Our professionally trained tutors don’t just close learning gaps; they help students become confident, capable learners.
Parents as Partners
Our program is designed to help parents be proactive, informed advocates for their children. We require a strong commitment from parents/guardians because we view them as co-educators and consider them to be our most important partners. Research has shown that parent involvement in a child’s education is the strongest predictor of student success.
Enrichment
At EPATT we also like to have fun! We offer enjoyable, educational field trips for our students to complement their academic experience.

Making College Possible
EPATT is deeply grateful to board member David Lichtenger and his wife, Sylvia, whose generosity has changed the trajectory of so many young lives. Since 2016 , David and Sylvia have awarded 37 college scholarships to EPATT graduates, helping turn hard work and big dreams into real opportunity.
