Kesha Weekes

Executive Director

Kesha has been a valued contributor to the USTA Foundation, most recently serving as an Executive Director mentor during the 2024 USTAF National Impact Conference and as a panelist in several sessions. Over the years, she has supported NJTLs nationwide by hosting site visits, sharing best practices, and informally mentoring peer organizations in education program design and implementation. Under her leadership, EPATT continues to demonstrate strong impact, organizational culture, and capacity, most recently marked by the opening of a new tennis and education center on the grounds of Ravenswood Middle School. In 2025, EPATT was selected as an Emirates program site and hosted a dynamic community event that honored USTAF and its corporate partner while highlighting the multigenerational impact of EPATT through alumni now serving as volunteers, staff, and board members. Kesha brings a seasoned, field-informed perspective that enriches the community and helps shape how the tennis and turoring organizations function across the country.

Kesha earned her BA with honors in Public Policy from Stanford University, concentrating on Children, Youth, and Families. During her time at Stanford, she directed the East Palo Alto Stanford Summer Academy, worked in local classrooms, and interned with the Institute for Educational Leadership in Washington, DC. She joined EPATT in 1997 and has since advanced through multiple leadership roles—including Academic Coordinator, Middle School Director, and Program Director—before becoming Executive Director. Beyond EPATT, Kesha co-teaches a Stanford course on effective math tutoring, contributed to the Thrive Alliance Committee on Children and Education, and has been featured as a guest speaker on education panels across the Bay Area and nationally.
