K-2
K-2nd grade tutoring is centered on literacy skill building. Students' literacy skills are assessed at the beginning of each quarter and tutors set quarterly goals and design lesson plans based on the students' literacy needs. We also coordinate with each student's school teacher in order to ensure that our lesson plans fit each student's needs. Students also write in journals each session to work on building writing skills.
